Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests for items purchased from AmoreDrape within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Final sale items (marked as such on product pages) are not eligible for refunds.

How to Initiate a Refund

  1. Email your refund request to [email protected] including:
    • Your order number
    • Product name and size
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item (if applicable)
  2. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos clearly showing the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment
